WHERE WILL THE HEADSHOTS TAKE PLACE?

A.All appointments are held at the Fort Collins studio, unless booked for a location session. ASV is located at 3926 John F Kennedy Pkwy, Suite 9D, Fort Collins, CO 80525

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

A.Depending on the package you've chosen, anywhere from 45 mins to an hour and a half.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

A.When capturing business headshots, professional attire is best. Bring along a lighter toned and darker toned shirt or top and/or blazer. This provides some contrast to capture both lighter and darker toned backgrounds so you have some great options to choose from. Also, don't be afraid of color! Bring business clothing that you feel confident in and expresses you and your style.

DO I GET TO CHOOSE THE PHOTOS?

A.Yes! After our session, you will receive a link to a gallery of your proofs allowing you to choose your favorite image or images, depending on your package. Once you've chosen your favorite(s), the file(s) will be prepared for you and digitally delivered. All final images include standard retouching for blemishes, fly-away hairs, etc. Proof galleries will arrive no later than 24hrs after the session, and once favorites have been chosen please allow 1-2 business days for delivery of final retouched image(s).

HOW TO PREPARE

A.Plan your clothing ahead of time to avoid being rushed on the day of. For those who wear makeup, bring along some additional for last minute touch ups. Bring a favorite hair brush or comb as well in case it’s a windy or humid day! Remember to get plenty of sleep and hydration the night before your shoot. I suppose this is good advice all around. :)

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

A.No problem! You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment through the confirmation email you received after booking. In consideration of a busy agenda, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
